Participation at the annual meeting of the Steering Committee of YGN Europe in Amsterdam 2007. As the meeting of the Steering Committee of YGN Europe was the election, there was a change in leadership ENS YGN-a. Former Vice President, a member of YGN CNS, Igor Vukovic became the new president of ENS YGN!

Organization of workshops in collaboration with the Swiss and Spanish counterparts IYNC 2008 workshop on the theme Challenges for New Nuclear Power Plants Projects in Europe. In this paper a two-hour workshop was attended by 50 participants and speakers were representatives of companies that manufacture and trade of electricity (ATEL in Switzerland), and the nuclear industry (AREVA NP, France) and the nuclear regulatory body (STUK from Finland). The workshop was concluded with a discussion panel of lecturers and participants.

Participation in the International Congress YGN (IYNC 2008), held in Interlaken from 20th to 25th September 2008. year. On the eve of the Congress of two of our members attended the session of the Assembly of ENS YGN and that has adopted a new statute, a work plan and budget for 2009. year. The congress was attended by 350 participants from 40 countries. Our member, gave an interview to the Swiss daily newspaper Der Bund, and a monthly magazine published by the Swiss Nuclear Forum. At the University of Cordoba from 19 to 23 May the third international European Nuclear Young Genaration Forum was held, which was organized on behalf of the ENS YGN by a branch of Spanish YGN (Jovenes Nucleares). The forum consisted of invited lectures in various thematic areas: the role of stakeholders in the development and expansion of nuclear power in Europe, the factors for the acceptance of nuclear energy, experience in operating nuclear power projects in Europe, ethical and physical aspects of the linear hypothesis.
